I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2012 with my B.S. and M.S. in Materials Engineering. I performed my thesis on the deposition and fabrication of a piezoelectric microspeaker.

I'm a pretty big nerd that enjoys consumer electronics and gadgets. I love to learn and create/fix things with my hands. Woodworking is something that I'm very passionate about, but don't do enough of. I also love music, playing it, learning about it, and that's something I also wish I did more of. I look forward to contributing to the iFixit community!
