I am a graduate student at The University of Memphis in the Technical Communication program within the Department of English. I am also enrolled in a graduate certificate program in the College of Education for Instructional Design and Technology. My research interests include document design, ADA-compliant web design, and learner-centered e-Learning design.

I currently work at The University of Memphis as a media manager for an academic department, and I hope to work in the future for a company like International Paper or FedEx. Job titles I’m interested in for the future include Content Designer, Content Manager, Media Manager, and Instructional Designer.
