I had to get mine replaced by the company. It’s a known issue. They said if you leave it plugged in all the time it can be hit by a power surge which renders it’s undetectable. It’s annoying and despite it being a known issue I’ve been back and forth with the company for about a month now. Good luck!

Yeah I used the tip of a hot soldering iron to smudge them all down. I'm not sure how well I did it or if I was meant to, but it works. Would reccomend super gluing it in first instead of using the double sided tape. The little green (or red) switch has quite a bit of leverage and after my first attempt it pulled itself out before I squished it in hard and smushed the little plastic rivet things.
