Water damage - Error 23 - now phone dead

My iPhone fell into a pool (Yes, lots of water).

I put it into a tupperware with uncooked rice.

First weeks: nothing. After 5 weeks I tried again today pressing the Home and Power Button and YAY! - after 5 seconds my screen comes on showing a guy speaking a russian word.

I connected it via original cable and USB to iTunes (unfortunately not the latest version installed). iTunes recognized my phone but gave a fault message saying it has to be restored.

I started the restoring process and the apple sign appeared on the device. But itunes gave me error23: device could not be restored.

I checked iTunes for updates and installed the latest one and rebooted PC.

But now neither my PC nor iTunes recognize my phone when plugged in. It is just dead. I also can't charge it. It is just black.

Holding Home and Power Button also doesn't work anymore!!

I read about other restoring software, but is this helpful since the phone is not recognized?

What can I do??????????
