There is a small ac motor which works.like car wiper remove plastic shaft check if all flaps or one of this flaps are blocked hard remove main rotating plastic rod or replace it without load check motor running ya not check rotation switch.. at last change rotation motor it cost 250 rs pull out motor replacement with same size motor

There is small ac round type motor to swing flips
First check there is dust under flips move motor and on it seperately to check if motor works issue mey be dust or bend of any vertical flips

Check dust between rotation particals end top ya bottom
Clean it if broken removed that flip
Check motor for rotate those
Small a.c volt motor works like a wiper to rotate flips
Simply use any lubricant both side of each flips ... Check voltage on motor from rotate switch... Enjoy
