two flashing red lights,printer is not moving
I have two red lights flashing …paper feed and ink light…the printer doesnt move the the ink holder or feeds paper when pressing buttons…can you help

If it’s not a paper jam then it’s an “unknown printer error” - which actually means waste ink pads are full and need replacing.
There is software available that will reset the counters - though you’ll also have to deal with the ink pads to prevent ink from leaking in the future. Certainly does not need Epson Support as they will charge quite a lot for what is essentially just a counter reset!

Above document and your description of flashing lights indicates paper jam in printer that must be cleared as in….
Turn off the printer. Open the printer cover and remove any paper or other obstructions from the paper path by hand. Then, turn the printer back on.
If the error does not clear, contact Epson Customer Support.
