Soldering pad for battery ripped off

So I had to repair my iphone 2g and all the problem is is that the battery needs to reconnect. And those shiny soldering pads where the solder sticks to are ripped off. I tried aluminum foil glued to the board but it don't work. I have the pictures but I don't know how to show you guys. Any help will be appreciated.

Edward, here is a quick and dirty guide on how to add images. As for connecting your battery, I added two images that will show the battery ways. It will help if you can add images of your logic board, front and back, since it may be more visible and easier to follow. Hope this helps, good luck.

solder pads are "landing strips" that are attached to the actual copper traces. If you've damaged the solder pads, you have to build jumpers to link the battery connector to the next component on the circuit---the iPhone 2G pre-dates my knowledge of this field so I can't tell you where to connect a jumper
