Surface mount tips and tricks

  • Many surface mount components (especially integrated circuits) have multiple leads that need to be soldered. They can be difficult to align and secure to the board:

  • Hold the component in place and solder the corner leads to secure it in place.

  • Alternatively, you can secure the component to the board using polyimide tape and then solder the corner leads.

Suggerimenti e trucchi per il montaggio in superficie

Molti componenti montati in superficie (specialmente i circuiti integrati) hanno più contatti che devono essere saldati. Possono essere difficili da allineare e fissare sulla scheda:

Tieni il componente in posizione e salda i contatti negli angoli per fissarlo in posizione.

In alternativa, puoi fissare il componente alla scheda usando un nastro in poliammide e poi saldando gli angoli.
