Surface mount tips and tricks

  • Many surface mount components (especially integrated circuits) have multiple leads that need to be soldered. They can be difficult to align and secure to the board:

  • Hold the component in place and solder the corner leads to secure it in place.

  • Alternatively, you can secure the component to the board using polyimide tape and then solder the corner leads.

Tipps und Tricks zum SMD-Löten

Oft haben SMD-Bauteile (besonders integrierte Schaltkreise) viele Anschlusskontakte, die angelötet werden müssen. Es kann ziemlich knifflig sein, sie auszurichten und festzulöten:

Richte das Bauteil an seinem Platz aus und verlöte zunächst die Kontakte an den Ecken.

Du kannst das Bauteil auch mit Polyimide-Klebeband befestigen und dann die Eckkontakte festlöten.
