The Bose QuietComfort 35 II (Model Number: 789564-0020) are Bluetooth, noise cancelling headphones designed by Bose. The device comes with a USB charger and a Headphone jack cord, and is compatible with IOS and Android Bluetooth Devices.

Is it possible to replace the volume controls?

The reduce volume button has broken off of my headphones and the increase volume button is also in danger of breaking off. While there is still a smaller button I can press inside what remains of the original button, it would be nice to not have the headphones be obviously broken.

@hectorgrey post a picture of what this all looks like so we can see what you see. They are most likely soldered to the circuit board so we would need to try to find replacements. Voeg afbeeldingen toe aan een bestaande vraag

Volume buttons on headphones may be just carbon contacts or actual switches, but they are tiny. Getting to them without damaging a plastic part is also tricky. If switches, they can be replaced if you can find the part. If it is just the button itself that pushes on the switch, it would only be available from Bose IF they even sell it. Unfortunately, I have no experience with Bose.
