I have codes P1618 an P0882
My 2019 Dodge grand caravan will not start. After going to a mechanic I replaced the battery and the starter. It still will not start. Stumped

@levidavis83137 The P1618 code is an error code originating from the missing 5V supplied by the PCM. Code P1618 Dodge Possible Causes
Faulty 5-Volt Sensor
5-Volt Sensor harness is open or shorted
5-Volt Sensor circuit poor electrical connection
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P0882 stands for “TCM Power Input Signal Low.” It originates when the PCM can't find required 3V from the PCM. Consider a faulty TCM as a possibility
Since both of your errors seems to originate from a lack of power from the PCM, I would consider replacing it or reflashing it.

I would bet you have a wire pulled loose from a plug or a ground wire is off. The clue was it was in a shop before the problem started. Back track from what they worked on.
