no second gear, no radio,defrost,power locks
I scaned got # PO456, shipping mode,push storage fuse says on dash. Hope some one can help

Here's an image taken from the owner manual that shows how to check the storage switch (which has a fuse) in the passenger compartment fuse block. Here's a video that may also help with this.
