Check Engine Light Out

I'm not sure the exact reason you would want your CEL on, but nevertheless. You will have to disassemble the driver's side of the dashboard to get to the gauge cluster. You will need to pull that out and find the bulb that correlates with the CEL. If you turn your Accord to "On" without starting it, the rest of the engine lights should light up momentarily. If none of them turn on, then I would look into a new cluster for replacement. If they turn on but the CEL does not, I would see if it is possible to replace the bulb for that.
