Lost my netflix connection ability.
I can no longer get Netflix on the TV . Can you retreive my initial password so that I can try a reset?

When did you bought the TV ?
Perhaps Netflix is updated and is not available anymore for your TV.
If you have forgotten your PIN code, enter the master PIN code for your TV. You need to contact Sony regarding this.
Also check the manual for your TV.
