Mayer, 922-9062's are not interchangeable with 922-9771. The 922-9771 is too short to connect the Logic board to the HDD in a 2009 or 2010 13 inch MBP. I've seen a 2011 13 inch MBP with a 922-9062. It may work, but who knows for how long. Since the cable is too long it wouldn't sit right causing folds.

I just replaced an lcd and after about 30 min it developed this halo. I haven't had a chance to fix it, but I think it was because I didn't remove the blue plastic film on the back of the lcd. Not having enough clearance, the plastic presses against the lcd and causes discoloration. Hopefully I can fix this issue tomorrow.
