My Major:

Being part of the generation that experienced COVID-19, I saw how data science played a crucial role in combating infectious diseases and epidemics. This realization made me certain that I wanted to pursue a major in data science.

Aspirations

I aspire to become a data scientist and work towards improving healthcare.

I’m proud of a data visualization project I completed, where I analyzed public health data using Python and Tableau. I created interactive dashboards to showcase trends in healthcare outcomes, which helped me understand the real-world impact of data on decision-making.

Repair Experience:

I recently fixed a software issue on my MacBook where a program wasn’t recognizing keyboard input. I researched the problem, explored different solutions, and eventually found a fix by resetting the software configurations. It felt great to troubleshoot and solve a technical problem on my own.

Received the BPHC Scholarship, which recognized my academic achievements and dedication to pursuing a career in data science.
