Hi! My name is Olivia Tortolani and I attend the University of Rhode Island where I am studying Animal Science and Technology.

I don't have much professional experience with repairs but have found myself struggling to fix my phone or laptop on many occasions. I am excited to help other people through this program!

My love for animals extends outside of the classroom. I have a dachshund, Lucy, and work at a vet. I love living near the ocean and spend most of my free time at the beach.
