I suggest to work the plastic pry tool between one of the pairs of spurs that hold the wrist bands on. It worked much more easily for me than working at either side of the watch. ~Rufus T. Montgomery

The directions are perfect! I had very little issue following your instructions.

One point I would make is that there seems to be more of an available gap to pry the back off of the watch located between the pairs of wristband spurs where there is very little gap on the sides. After almost 20 minutes of trying to get the little plastic tool to work the back off, I looked closely at the area between the spurs and it looked more promising. A couple of probes with the tool, and the the back started right off. The rest is history. Thanks!!!
