Thank you! Mine just randomly stopped working a few days ago (no falling over or anything), so I was sure this wasn't the problem... but it was! Turns out the filters I have are made of flimsy cardboard and surrounded by soft foam, so they weren't holding that button down well enough. I'm so glad I stumbled across this suggestion before buying a whole new unit!
