I found my old PSP 3001 and haven't used it for almost 6 years. I replaced the battery since it was bloated, I then got the replacement battery (Probably a Class A/Chinese but the same logo and everything) It charges but then turns off after like 5-10 mins. I tried turning it on using the battery power and it wouldn't work, I then tried to use my PSP without the battery, and it works. I then let it on using power given by the charger for about 5-10 mins of screen time, then I unplug it and put my battery back (as fast as possible) and it managed to work and is now properly charging, however, this fix was only "Temporary"... whenever it's not in use, it goes back to not reading my battery again and won't turn on. I then proceed to do everything from powering it directly to the charger to popping it back in the PSP, works every time, but then again the solution was only "TEMPORARY". If anyone knows the fix for this please let me know
