My JBL charge 4 will not power on when not plugged in to its charger. I replaced the battery and it indicates fully charged per the led lights , but with the speaker not plugged into its charge adapter, the power light stays off. With the speaker plugged in, the power on light is illuminated, but the bluetooth function does not connect to my iphone; however, the characteristic bass guitar sounds off when pressing the power button. I did a factory reset but got no improvement. What do you think might be the problem?
