Hey Guys
My Note 8020 died in my vacation. I wanted to boot, everything normal until the code verification for the SimCard poped up, a error occured and the table restartet imediatly.
Its startet staying in a Bootloop. Then somehow everything turned black.
Now its not responding. I plugged in the charger an nothing happens. No vibration no screen turning on no nothing....
I dissasembled it and took out the battery. I thought maybe a hardreset ( taking away any current ) will do the trick but the problem remained.
I can press whatever button I want or take any charger or cable ( I tested a few ) I want it remains dead.
Now the Li-Ion Battery is a 2 Cell build together parallel. So the current is 3,7 Volts.
I checked the voltage and found out that I have 3,2 V on both sides.
Now is 3,2 Volts for a Li-Ion less enough to say its dead? Because I dont know what else to do to get it back to life.
I know that LiPo Batterys are dead under 3,3 V but its said that Li-Ion is dead from less then 2,5V. Any ideas?
