My computer is not recognizing my Cube when I plug it in with the USB.

The memory card you are using may not be compatible. The Polaroid Cube is only compatible with support SD cards of at least Class 10. Lower Class cards will cause these performance issues. If you have any more issues refer to the troubleshooting page at Polaroid Cube Troubleshooting.
