Step 3 - Remove the 12 philips screws to release the Speaker panel from the case

Of the 8 screws securing the speakers to the casing, two are hidden behind thick rubber bungs, which need to be removed.
There are also a number of smaller philips screws underneath felt-like padding on the base of the unit. These also need to be removed.
Much of the circuitry is covered in some sort of epoxy resin, making maintenance virtually impossible
