Desolder Omron Switch

  • With the upper PCB removed, you can now flip it upside down and desolder the Omron Switch. (Make a note of which way the switch is facing!)

  • Your board may be marked to show the orientation of the switches (see added picture of PCB and cat hair!)

  • Clean off any excess solder from the component mounting point of the Omron switch.

  • Mount new switch on with the white click button facing the same direction as the old switch.

  • It's okay to burn the switch a little (since it's dead anyways right?) but try not to let the soldering iron touch any of the other solder points when soldering/desoldering the new/old switch.

Commutateur à dessouder Omron

Une fois le circuit imprimé supérieur retiré, vous pouvez maintenant le retourner et dessouder le commutateur Omron. (Notez dans quelle direction l'interrupteur est orienté !)

Votre carte peut être marquée pour montrer l'orientation des commutateurs (voir l'image ajoutée du PCB et des poils de chat !)

Nettoyez tout excès de soudure du point de montage du composant du commutateur Omron.

Montez le nouvel interrupteur avec le bouton de clic blanc orienté dans la même direction que l'ancien interrupteur.

Vous pouvez brûler un peu l'interrupteur (puisqu'il est mort de toute façon, n'est-ce pas ?) Mais essayez de ne pas laisser le fer à souder toucher les autres points de soudure lors du soudage/dessoudage du nouvel/ancien interrupteur.
