Replacing the internal cables (requires soldering)

Stap 1 — Tools and Material

First of all: This is what the defect looks like

Stap 2 — Open case

Stap 3 — Wheel-Cap front open

Carefully use a knife. Maybe press short with the other hand (finger) down. Part by part. Carefully.

Stap 4 — Wheel unscrew

Stap 5 — Wheel-case open

Stap 6 — strain relief remove

Stap 7 — cable remove

cut the USB-cable

Stap 8 — Shield solder

A new very short cable is required (approx. 7cm?).

Stap 9 — Colder cable

Stap 10 — Result

When assembling: If necessary, grease the cables at the pivot point with lubricant (e.g. silicone oil / grease).

Stap 11 — Pedal: plug replace (if necessary)

If a pedal creaks or squeaks: oil the springs
