  • Once you log in, click on your web browser and visit the Acer driver download page: https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/drive...

  • The website will ask for your laptop SNID number, located on the bottom of your Acer laptop below the lower bar code.

  • Once you have entered the SNID, you will be prompted to download the BIOS firmware.
