What to do if you encounter "Error 23"

Close the Roomba app on your mobile.

Remove the battery from your Roomba.

Hold the start button for 10 seconds.

Reinstall the battery and charge for a full cycle. Wait for your Roomba to automatically start itself.

Open the mobile app and reconnect to your Roomba.
