Will the tool kit from Best Buy Description "iFixit - Pro Tech Go Toolkit - Advanced Set" Model: IF145-783-1 Best Buy ******SKU: 6593509, work for the Lenovo 720-151KB fan replacement task. There is a Best Buy within driving distance from me, where I can get this kit.
I forgot to order the kit when I ordered the fan replacement.

@scotth43354 here is the Lenovo 720 15IKB Hardware Maintenance Manual and according to that, the fan and heatsink assembly is being held down by some Phillips head screws. Same for the base cover, the battery, the wireless LAN card, the HDD and SSD. Now checking the IF145-783-1 and you'll see it has those Phillips bits. Yes, it will work for you :-)
