Problem hearing the caller
I can'thear when someone calls me , even if sound is on maximum . I have to use my earphones or put it on speaker to hear the caller.

Here's a video that may help.
Just ensure that the swab is not too wet i.e. not dripping, as you don't want any liquids running through to the components below. Only the screen needs cleaning
