Pencil doesnt work considerably except on the edge and inclined

I replaced the screen of my iPad Pro 11 2018 by using this method.

and I use the screen from ifixit

It started up with no problems at all and seemed to respond normally to touch. However, the stylus pen (both the Apple Pencil and its compatibles) is not very responsive, and writing is almost impossible unless the stylus pen is tilted about 2 cm from the corner of the screen at a 60° angle.

Is there anything I should do to be sure, or is there a fix?
