You need to be a bit more specific with your question if you want a good helpful answer ;) When did this start happening? What could have triggered it? Did you drop your phone in liquid or did it smash on the ground? Have you had the phone repaired recently?

you have to go to settings then wifi check if wifi is even connected if it is, then turn on airport
