Bad calling on the phone gsm or wifi
when I speak on the phonecall I hear very badly gsm or wifi till example WhatsApp call or facebook massenger call.

Hi,
Can you hear OK on a call when using earphones with a microphone attachment that is plugged into the phone?
Can you hear OK when using the phone in loudspeaker mode (aka hands free mode)?
Is the phone in a protective case at all? If so can you hear OK when it is out of the case?
Have you checked that the volume level is OK when on a call?
