i have a UP3/E electric pump with a leaking filter which I cannot seem to seal, I require a replacement, you have 3 on your web site, which one do I need and where can I get one please.

Here's a link showing the available parts for a UP3/E pump.
I think that the filter is p/n 6400013 although in saying that it doesn't say that it is suitable for a UP3/E pump in the part description.
Maybe contact Marco after sales support and ask them whether it is or not
I also found this on their website which may help although clicking on the "register" link doesn't work. You may have to create an account with them.

What model UP3/E pump do you have?
It should be shown on the label on the pump i.e. 164.xxx.xx.xx.
Where did you see the filters on the ifixit website? can you provide a link as I cannot find any filters, only information about disassembling the pump, not replacement parts.
