Unfortunately, no. You can't change the GPU chip on even the most repairable laptops. It is not possible without having a chungus laptop.

Can I do anything to get better graphics?
@nytryder26 All that can be done is replacing the thermal paste if you haven't already. This would lower the temps and prevent throttling.
