Ok, if its an LG then here is your answer, The LG error code Er 1F may mean the ice maker blower fan motor is not functioning and could be faulty or there may be a wiring issue with the ice maker blower fan motor. In this case, either the motor has to replaced or repaired or the wiring has to be fixed.

F1 error code indicates that the refrigeratorhas detected a problem with the refrigerator's ice maker fan. This can sometimes occur when frost or ice buildup occurs around the ice maker fan.
I would use a hair dryer to melt ice on the fan to free it again.
It also could simply mean your fan has failed.

The make of that refrigerator has a defrost module, so the only possible way for that to happen is for the defrost module to fail and ice up as well
"Use a hair dryer to thaw it, or simply replace it" Is kinda like saying "Put gas in your car, or simply buy a new one."
Which one is simpler? Where's the fan? OR is it simpler to get a tech company to come and replace it? That's what I'm hearing from you.
Sorry.... but I need to find out the quickest, and simplest way to fix this problem. You are saying it is simplest just to hire somebody to come and replace it.
