About a year ago, out of the blue my cameras and flashlight stopped working. It does not work with FaceTime, I’ve tried factory resetting my phone as well to no avail. All that shows up on the camera is a black screen.

This sounds probably like the cameras are faulty and need replacing. Although it could be a motherboard issue which is not as likely

sometimes just a new rear camera will fix this issue.
