Hi
I recently replaced my lighting port and f cable but now I’ve noticed that the front facing camera and ear speaker are not working which suggests maybe cable damage but what I don’t understand is that I never moved anything in the screen half of the phone as the parts I replaced are contained in the case half?
Any ideas?

it could be that the ribbon for the camera and speaker got damaged, i would suggest replacing it to see if it eliminates the problem. just follow the steps in this guide.

F cable sounds like he was referring to front camera cable, probably defective replacement.

Just to clarify. F cable is the cable that controls the Bluetooth, gps and WiFi and is located in the same half of the phone as the battery and motherboard
If you bent the screen cables more than 90° degrees without unplugging the screen then its possible the ribbon cables may have gotten damaged.

Ok further update. Screen has now no backlight. No idea how this happened as I’ve definitely not messed up putting the screws in the wrong way and causing long screw damage. The only thing I can think of is I may have damaged the MB when replacing the F cable or something has shorted out
