Lens Barrel loose on camera

The lens barrel on my HS30 EXR is loose where it enters the camera body. I worry that it will fall out completely one day. Have tried to remove the front cover by taking out all the screws I can see, but have had no luck. Has anyone experienced this problem?

I live in Zimbabwe and none of the camera shops can assist.

Any suggestions welcome.

I will be visiting the UK in September.
