The serial sticker was peeled off on my Nintendo 2ds, I still have it. If i need a warranty can I just write down the serial number or does it need to be on the system

If you still have the sticker, use some tape or glue to just hold it in place.

There is usually another serial sticker under the battery cover. Take that one and stick it on the outside if you want I to look good. If you want the sticker to stay there, though, now you know that there is a backup sticker just in case the outside one peels off like yours did.
