Can the Volume switch be replaced?
Is there an easy way to replace the volume switch? Mine has become water damaged.

@princemc , Matthew, If your LG G5 has had water damage, you should seriously consider tearing it down using (link 1 tear down guide), then using (Link #2 guide) to clean the liquid damage/corrosion from being caused on the connections/ board/ volume button ribbon cable connections, etc., this may even correct button issue and if not, at least you will have been able to stop the corrosion and can change the button. Check your battery. Mine was puffed up from over charging. It forced the screen to lift up causing the contacts on the volume AND the power button to not make contact. Put a new battery in (no tools required) and fixed all my problems. $25 plus shipping. If you can't slide the battery in and out easily, it is most likely causing this issue.
