7 Why won't my phone charge?
I've tried charging my phone for a few hours and nothing seems to be happening. What do I do?

You need to check to make sure that that the usb charging cable is working. Try using another usb cable to see if your phone will charge. It is also possible that the usb port has some lint or dirt in it. If that’s the case use something small like a toothpick to pull it out from the port.
