will not accept imputs, hdmi, etc

Blue power light is on and screen indicates it is working, however imputs don't affect it, direct tv, vcr, dvd,cd etc. I've tried all 4 imput options no pic or sound. It worked perfectly before a lightning storm took out sat receiver. replaced receiver, works on another TV.is it dead or worth the repair parts?
