Why is my sound not working?
When watching a video on my camera, there is no sound. I have tried playing with the volume level in the settings, but still get the same result. What should I do now?

The first things you should do is reset the power and to make sure the volume isn't muted. If you're still having trouble, you may have a faulty speaker. Click here to see how to replace it.
