not Chargeing after screen repair
Hi, anybody.
charge symbol get active, but do not charge after screen replacement.
phone say charging but battery still not charging... help.
dock is clean.

hi, yes i just changed the dock/charging socket/assembly.
up and running:-)

Sounds like u have knocked or damaged a componant off the board have a look and see around the battery connector
yes, battery was disconnected, after disconnecting home button.
tried to reconnect again, and changed back to original display.. no charge but phone acts like it!s charging.
If phone acts like it's charging and isn't then it's definatly board damage

I have the same problem... After a screen replacement battery don't charge even if the charge symbol is OK; I have not disconnected the battery connector on the logic board!!
Any tricks?

Got the same issue and perplexed as I checked connections multiple times. Is it apple rejecting the new screen hardware ?
