@sosa90456 fuse #13 in the fuse box (15A) under the instrument panel is the one for the rear windshield washer.

Check the fuse and check for power. After that you will have to check the pump. Here is the Wiring diagram for the 2014 and up RAV4 [document|41426] Page 100 is the one you want to look at for your rear windshield wiper/washer wiring.
