start by disconnecting the battery + terminal and putting an ammeter in the circuit. That will give you an idea how much current is being drawn.

That may help narrow down the culprit.

Typically, it will be interior lights or a device, like a GPS, connected to an outlet that is always powered. Maybe a dashcam.
