Hi,

i Have this model ***HP Laptop - 14s-fq0010nj***[br]

i wanted to replace the battery when i flipped the laptop and removed from the back case all the screws (as i think )

i were not able to remove the back case yet - its like its stuck or there a something inside that holds that case - now im unable to remove the back case [br]

also - i have no idea how the battery look inside - can i just replace the battery if i removed the back case
