Raspberry Pi 3B+: HDMI not working

Tekst:

Hi iFixers. I have a couple of Raspberry Pi 3B+ boards that are fully functional but don't detect and therefore don't show any picture over HDMI. It's not a software bug and the connector is fine. I'd appreciate any hints on what chip controls HDMI output on those boards - maybe I'd be able to replace it
=== Update (01/29/24) ===
After spending some time examining things around on the board I believe the fault might be due to the IC pictured below or the components to the right. Does anyone know what those are? Any hints would be greatly appreciated 🙌🏻

+And one more weird detail - on the marked pin I get around 3V on the faulty boards instead of around 1,1V on a healthy one - what might cause this? Is this still that HDMI05-CL02F3 chip?
