and it is a S-1000N25-I4T1U voltage detector. I only have the schematic for R1.4 but it should still have what you need [document|31829][document|31830]
-I do not know if Acrobat Reader will zoom in far enough for you to read the BV. I use a different viewer and have to o to 2000% zoom to see the smallest components.
